Friday 8th May is the 75th anniversary of VE Day commemorating the end of World War Two in Europe.

Unfortunately, we cannot celebrate it as planned, but there are plenty of ideas you can use whilst at home:

BBC have a whole host of VE Day educational clips.

The British Legion have provided educational resources for all Key Stages about this historic event.

Wakefield Council have also provided a ‘Party Planning Pack’ with ideas on how to celebrate VE Day at home including suggested games, bunting template, wartime recipies to try and even a 1940s Spotify playlist!
