The pupils attending school have been working hard in the greenhouse and allotment to make sure all the fruit and vegetables are in prime condition for the return of the rest of the school.

So far they have planted tomatoes, runner beans, squashes, kale, lettuce, rhubarb and aubergines plus lots of sunflowers to make the allotment look cheerful.

We hope some lovely veg can be made available to staff and parents later in the growing season.
