Our Year 8 pupil, Keera, has designed a first ever Yorkshiresaurus – a dinosaur to be included in the sequel to last year’s successful Leeds Jurassic Trail.

Keera’s dino was hailed a winner following a country-wide competition and features the Yorkshire white rose on its head, yellow Ys down its spine and is chomping on Yorkshire tea leaves. Her design is now going to be translated into a full-size animatronic beast to be placed in Leeds city centre next summer.
