The Mayor of Wakefield himself has made an unscheduled stop at our school during his charity walk! He had a long, encouraging chat with our Head pupil team and it was great to see everyone enjoying this short visit.

Mayor is currently completing a hike of his district hoping to cover 50 miles over two weeks. He is raising money for the Macular Society – who help those with age-related eyesight problems.

Nice day for a walk!
