Yorkshire Wildlife Park Trip – Thursday 24 November 2022

Rearranged from the summer, Year 9 geography pupils finally got to visit the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Pupils got to walk around and see the animals they have in the park and were invited to a talk with one of the keepers. The group had an interactive session where they discussed how animals adapt to their surroundings and got to the opportunity to hold some live animals!

All pupils behaved well and really enjoyed the visit, they had lots of questions to ask the keeper and especially enjoyed walking around the wallaby enclosure where they could get up close to them!
