Key Stage 3

All pupils study Music and Drama/Dance one lesson a week in Year 7 and 8.

Drama & Dance:

• Year 7: Darkwood Manor, Dance Composition, Masked Theatre, Dance From Around the World, Superheroes and Villains, and Musicals.
• Year 8: Narrative Dance, Drama Stimulus, Contemporary VS Street Dance, ASBO, Dance Stimulus, and In the Media.

Music:

• Year 7: Ensemble skills, Chords and Keyboard skills, cover versions, jingles, World Music
• Year 8: Ground bass, composing and computer sequencing, Improvisation, Minimalism, Pop Music
