We take the careers education seriously and strive to deliver a mixture of inspiring sessions for our pupils. These are our activities taking place in just a fortnight:

Some of our Year 9 and 10 pupils met with Leeds University students to find out what life as a Mechanical Engineer student is like. Their inspiring session included looking at the research into sustainability of driverless and electric cars. A stimulating session for sure. The whole of Year 9 also took part in the Leeds University presentation about studying languages at GCSE, A-level and further and the careers which this may lead them to. They found it truly inspiring.

Our younger pupils in Years 7 and 8 took part in a careers focused event highlighting career opportunities in the transport industry to them.
