Absence from Exams

If your child feels ill on the day of an exam, they need make every effort to attend school and attempt the exam, as exams cannot be taken at another time. If they are too ill to attend, they will need to produce a medical note within 7 days of the missed exam. If your child does not attend an exam without a valid reason, you will be charged for that exam.

Ofqual Student Guide 2024

The guide provides you with information about this year’s arrangements for qualifications regulated by Ofqual. It also explains what support is in place when taking exams and assessments. Click HERE to be directed to the guide.

Exam Certificates

Certificates will be presented at the school’s Presentation Evening (November). If your child is unable to attend, the certificates will be kept in school, available to be collected until the end of December. A signature will be required upon collection. Any certificates that haven’t been collected will be posted out to home addresses in January. Please inform the school if any address changes before this time.
