On Monday 3rd July, 80 pupils from Year 7 went to Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Pupils had a session with educators from the park on animal adaptations, pupils were keen to ask questions and show any knowledge they already have about the animals. Camel fur was also passed round- as well as models of animal skulls for the pupils to hold.

They also had the chance to meet some animals- a snake, hissing cockroaches and giant snails- some were even brave enough to hold the cockroaches and snails!!
