On Wednesday 25 September we took our Year 10 GCSE Dance pupils to Yorkshire Sculpture Park to perform their duets which linked to the professional dance work ‘Within Her Eyes’ by James Cousins. Pupils also had the opportunity to analyse some of the sculptures and discuss how the individual pieces of art can be used as a stimulus to create dance. Pupils produced some excellent work and embraced the opportunity to perform outdoors!
